Scammy payment tactics.

If you have forgotten if you are a paying user or not, it is very, very, very difficult to find out that you are still on a paying plan when you log in to check. And at the time of writing there is no way to cancel the subscription as the link provided to contact the company leads to a blue screen with a white square in the middle, no form, no text.
