What do you like best? It’s generally easy to use and get a hang of. I think it’s easy enough to implement and thankfully adaptable on most platforms. Also nice that it has a web interface. What do you dislike? People aren’t as familiar with it so you’re better off using Zoom. Also, I believe it lacked functionality like it can’t record video (only audio) if I’m not mistaken. What do you like best? We use Join.me for both a department and personal use. We have a lot of external employees and this also allows us to educate the team using exactly the same tools, because we are discovering at exactly the same time.
