Easy to use and navigate free meeting software

What do you like best? Join.me offers users above average free plan option, making it a perfect online meeting tool for smaller companies and startups. It's video conferencing has great features, and the whole interface is very user friendly and clean looking. I also like that company displays their pricing on the page, so you know what you get prior to signing up. What do you dislike? While free version is pretty generous, paid version fees are per user. We also came across multiple ...

Quick and easy service for screen sharing and calls

What do you like best? Getting a call going is extremely easy with join.me. There isn't a need for any complicated software to download and install in your computer or phone. The meeting host can just set a meeting date and time then have join.me generate a meeting link and code that all the participants can use to join the meeting. The user interface is easy to navigate and isn't intimidating at all. The layout and instructions are very clear and understandable, so you can be confident ...

Very unreliable conference service

Very unreliable conference service. Computer audio rarely works for invitees. Audio quality is very low compared with other services. I would avoid using this service if you want something reliable.

Best conference call and screen sharing app in the market

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like that for simple screen shares the viewer doesn’t need to download anything. They simply need to go to the URL to view the screen. It is easy and quick. For both parties to share, they simply need to download and install the app, which takes much less time compared to other systems that are pre-installed on your device. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I wish the app offered a way to do screen sharing and ...

Straightforward screen sharing application

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I feel Join.me is easier to set up and join compared to GotoMeeting and WebEx. You simply need to access the URL to start using the app. It’s the simplest screen sharing platform in the market. GotoMeeting and WebEx offer more features and options, but Join.me is the best tool if you only need to do screen sharing and conference calls. What aspects are problematic or could work better? You cannot use Join.me for conference ...

A good service when you need a backup for your main service

What do you like best? The ease of it when it works. I have always used it whenever my main service (Zoom / Skype has issues. But that does not mean that this has issues. It has worked only in that means for me. The speed. The app size and the ease. What do you dislike? Updating (100% and it just hangs. Everytime you open join.me app, it updates - in windows.
