Good with some Caveats

What do you like best? As an IT manager, I use join.me almost daily to connect remotely to workstations. In many cases, it is really helpful to see what the enduser is seeing. Once the application is downloaded, it's easy to direct them to join my meeting and take control of their computer. What do you dislike? When performing administrative functions on an end-users shared screen, the Windows dialog boxes do not appear. While it is relatively easy to have an participant go to a web ...

Another Excellent Screen Sharing Software

What do you like best? I normally used Team Viewer for screen sharing or online conference. But, I was found Join.Me for approximately one years ago. Then, I have tried to use join me. It's another amazing software like team viewer. And, I use it to get access to my client's computer. I also, use Join Me for instant meeting and conference. This software is very easy to use. The simple design made it more easier for beginner. Above all it's a another great PC sharing software and no doubt ...

join.me - highly recommend!

What do you like best? I think I liked join.me a lot because it provides easy access for meetings to happen with offshore employees and this is a really important feature I believe because in today's day and age, offshore employees are in almost every company, and meetings that occur sometimes don't allow for all elements of teaching different processes to go through as easily as giving the mouse control to the offshore employee and letting them click around and we can talk through the ...

Join.Me gets the job done but there's lots of room for imrovement

What do you like best? Join.Me offers basic functionality and is mostly reliable. I love the integration into Google Calendar to share with my clients when they book a call with me. I appreciate the ability to record calls too. What do you dislike? The things that I dislike about Join.Me are the following: 1 the message letting the other end know that the call is being recorded is very alarming, 2 there is quite a delay in sending the recordings to the email - I wish I could download ...

An excellent online conferencing platform

What do you like best? The simplicity of join.me is magical. Okay, that might be a little dramatic, but I do truly love how quickly we can get a robust online meeting going. The host just generates a few meeting details to share with the participants. Then after a few easy steps, we're all connected! The meeting itself is wonderful. The video quality is pretty smooth and there is little to no delay in the audio, which can happen often in other online calling platforms. What do you ...

Account Executive

What do you like best? I really like that we are able to send the link directly to our invite through our calendar event. I do really like that you can share a specific window, and also share a screen entirely and pick between the two What do you dislike? I do tend to have audio issues from time to time. Getting individuals on the screenshare and connecting thier audio takes a lot longer sometimes than I would like. I know this may not be a issue from Join.me, but the costumers for ...

The best software to easily remotely help someone

What do you like best? Everything, what is not to like? The basic version is free and I think they have premium accounts for more sessions but out of the box, it does what it needs and does it well. What do you dislike? The fact that you need a logmein account now, in the past it was a download, and install scenario which made it much easier for helping new people. Recommendations to others considering the product The only thing that I can suggest is to make sure that you have a ...

Easy, affordable way to set up webinars/video conferencing

What do you like best? With free options and premium capabilities, it's a great option if you're looking for lightweight, flexible web conferencing capabilities. What do you dislike? If you go a while without using it, it's not always intuitive to launch. But that could just be use error on my part. Recommendations to others considering the product Take some time to get to know the different options. If you're rushing, you might end up in a rabbit hole. Overall it's a great tool but ...
