Great screen-sharing on the go (mobile)

What do you like best? This is a great alternative to Zoom, and has the user-friendliness of Zoom and Skype. Join.me is better because of its portability. What do you dislike? Connection can lag based on wifi-connection. Have to log into account to make scheduled conferences, whereas for Zoom it is very quick to make appointments. Recommendations to others considering the product User-friendly. Higher voice quality and control than Skype. What business problems are you solving with ...

Great experience for me and workers

What do you like best? App opens and loads quickly for use. Minimal glitches with screen freezing and such during calls and group presentations. Can sync my phone calendar to schedule more video conferences What do you dislike? Every once in awhile based on area codes, the program will ask me if my location is correct, but I feel that's a security feature that's good. What do you like best? I like that my I.T. guy can access my computer and take care of a problem without coming into our office location (and charging us mileage fees! I also really appreciate that I can see everything he's doing, and I can take back over on my computer at any time. What do you dislike? Sometimes the login is difficult. Getting both ends up and running seemed a bit of a problem at times. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have ...

Want to annoy prospects and lose deals? JM is the platform for your sales team!

What do you like best? Nothing, their platform and support are trash What do you dislike? Not uncommon for the screen-share to be several minutes delayed on the prospect's side. Despite sharing your entire screen, sub windows/pop-ups do not appear for the prospect. When entering the Conference ID, you frequently have to retype the code despite inputting it correctly the first, second, and third time! Our sales team struggled with these issues for months, the last 2.5 weeks it's been ...
