Great for listening to presentations.

What do you like best? I like how there are several options to join. If you can’t view the video and just want to listen, you can do that. What do you dislike? Sometimes if you listen to it via phone, it can get a bit loud. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It provides easy access to listen and view new trainings or presentations.

Works Great for Oversea Calls

What do you like best? Had a conference call with some colleagues in Germany and the Netherlands and had absolutely no issue connecting! What do you dislike? It says people are “talking” when they really aren’t. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Overseas calls with Germany, The Netherlands and China.

What do you like best? I love join me software.I have used others in the past: Zoom, GoToMeeting, etc. I found Join.Me to the easiest to use for me. You can do audio, video, file sharing, screen sharing, etc. I also added the extension, so that it integrates with my calendar. What do you dislike? My least favorite thing is that anyone who wants to use join.me has to download the software. It doesn't allow web access. It's a pain in the butt for some of our customers and they don't ...

What do you like best? The overly simple interface makes it very friendly to people who arent familiar with it. What do you dislike? There's no explanations or prompts anywhere, so if there is something you can't figure out, you're stuck. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Conference call that needed a visual aid.

Convenient for family, tough sell for business

What do you like best? Being able to immediately help family without a lot of hassle is a big relief. It's nice to have an easy solution to help people that struggle with tech. What do you dislike? The pricing model for business is a tough sell to leadership. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We've trialed join.me to assist with issues as part of helpdesk. It was quick to set up and use.

Easy to use and one of the best screen sharing and video conferencing platform

What do you like best? When I joined the company I suppose to take KT from a very senior resource who used to work from Hungary and myself from India. From him only I came to know about 'join.me' and then I just loved it. It is very easy to use, just create the code or enter the code to join the meeting.
