What do you like best about JobPts? Ability to customize the platform to support our organizational structures, reporting needs and branding guidelines. Clear interface, easy to use application and many features to be added in the future. Also a very flexible technical team, who may not have the usual "corporate" style you can find with larger IT consulting firms, but still understand your needs very clearly, recommend helpful solution and deliver on time.

"Great platform to recognize my peers in the company"

What do you like best about JobPts? I love the points, the nomination, leaderboard walls, and their support. If you need to exchange an item you can contact them from the app and they take care of it for you. BTW I use this when I meet with my manager to discuss my yearly performance reviews :)
