"JobPts - great motivator"
What do you like best about JobPts? Its a great application that has fast become a standard way of appreciating people at work, we have seen an uptick in people using it and the motivation and satisfaction levels are high when people receive their points, a really great and useful app.

What do you like best about JobPts? Love this tool for recognizing and rewarding colleagues that go above and beyond. It is the best way to let folks know that you see the good work they do and I am grateful that my employer offers it and encourages us to use it.

What do you like best about JobPts? The best feature of JobPts is it easy to use. The system provides a documented history of recognition awards sent as well as received. There is a variety of recognition levels which allows for a range of award levels. Many reward options are a great way to have something for everyone. A added feature may be to have rewards linked directly to SAP's Merchandise Shop so recipients can have the option to chose from the gift cards or SAP Merchandise.

"Great app and easy way to recognise colleagues for positive work"
What do you like best about JobPts? Job Points is a really easy app to use + a great way to be able to recognise colleagues for great work and help. It literally takes a few minutes to nominate somebody + if the award is granted the choice of retailers where you can redeem your points is extensive.

What do you like best about JobPts? I love that this software is very easy to use and drives a culture of appreciation across the Company. Also, the Product Support Team is always available to follow up any questions or issues in my gift orders. It is also great that is a Global Tool.

What do you like best about JobPts? I like the most the possibility to be able to get recognition and also to provide recognition to other colleagues, and such recognition in reality too covers a value within JobPts. In the before time, when our company haven't used yet JobPts. our recognition happend just in words which is of course a good thing, but a real value behind the recognition is rather more expected and this is what JobPts. can provide.
