What do you like best? They system allows you to easily match candidates to open job requirements, and track their progression through the recruiting process. I also like that it constantly adds new and updated resumes to the system. What do you like best? The easy navigation of the different windows. Reporting features. What do you dislike? how the resumes show up jumbled until you open them. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Finding candidates that are for our roles.

Excellent System

What do you like best? JobDiva is a great way to keep track of candidates throughout the recruitment process. It is very user-friendly. What do you dislike? There are no glaring flaws, I think it is a pretty great system. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This system is a great tool that helps me manage candidates in an efficient matter.

I use JobDiva on a daily basis for both Account Management and Recruiting.

What do you like best? I enjoy the ability to stay organized through both the calendar function and by creating hotlists of both candidates and contacts. This allows my to combine my organization with Outlook, Excel and JobDiva. What do you dislike? Unfortunately the mobile application can be very finicky.
