Superb service, intuitive call routing, slightly clunky device assigning
What do you like best? JIVE has done an amazing job supporting our team as we have transitioned from our previous phone service. I love the graphical call routing system that can be re-routed from any computer at any time. What do you dislike? I've been told that a client company that they have calls in their ring queues being dropped after a half-ring. What do you like best? Customer service is a huge plus at Jive. We are a large customer and they are top notch with this area. What do you dislike? Nothing I dislike. As a large customer, there were some technical deficiencies at the beginning, but with time, that has all been ironed out. Great Telephone Service
What do you like best? I like the way I can change the call prompters when we miss a call. What do you dislike? I dislike that we don't have an intercom system within the phone. What do you like best? Jive proves that you can provide complete communication solutions without sacrificing ease-of-use.It is really easy to set up and configure and has plenty of options.Call quality is very good and so are the features on their platform.
