Jive for Business Communication

What do you like best? Jive is a good VOIP service. It can be added to Xlite or SoftPhone for usage. It can also be used with a hardphone What do you dislike? I wish they had their own UI and mobile application. It would be great to take with you when you are away. The Voicemail feature is also not the best. Jive has totally improved the way we handle calls in our office.

What do you like best? Jive is super easy to set up, configure, and maintain. It's a very powerful communication tool that easily replaced our PBX system. Customer service/Help Line staff are fantastic. They stuck with us from onboarding thru today. Whenever we call with an issue, we are always able to speak with someone who is helpful, positive, and knowledgable. What do you like best? Jive makes it extremely easy to get setup as a partner, and to quickly ramp up to be able to service customers. The support and enablement is fantastic! What do you dislike? What do you like best? PBX administration interface & dial plan editor. What do you dislike? Contacting the Billing Department stinks. Recommendations to others considering the product: Buy your own phones from Amazon and read the contract before signing up. What do you like best? Jive is extremely user friendly. The drag and drop platform is simple to use, but exceptionally powerful. The customer service and technical assistance is top notch.
