Easy to use!
What do you like best? Jive is very easy to navigate for all my business calls. I can easily see who is calling me back as well with the caller ID feature. Good Phone Software with Helpful Service
What do you like best? The interface is relatively easy to use and customer service will help with any issues quickly What do you dislike? Lots of features can be intimidating. Not too overwhelming though if tech savvy Recommendations to others considering the product: You won't be disappointed What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Jive is a simple and efficient
What do you like best? The ease of use. The support is fast and the configuration is very easy to understand. What do you dislike? You need to configure all yourself and on a busy schedule, it would be great to delegate that onBoarding to JIVE but overall the process to migrate to JIVE went smooth. What do you like best? I like the fact I do not have to have a separate line just for a fax. I love it is by email and we can save paper if we do not need to print it. What do you dislike? We are not a fan of the mobile app. It is easy to use but it does not always work well on every kind of phone nor does the Do Not Disturb stay turned off when you click the option to keep off until you turn it off. I use Jive every day. It's Convenient to work even from Mexico on vacation.
What do you like best? It works from my cell or computer at the same time. I am not attached to the office. What do you dislike? Problem arrives when 2 clients call at the same time. There no switching for another line. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Distant work from any place! Even with no w-f, I can get calls to my cell. Voice messages are recorded well, and easy to click and call back.

Full-featured virtual phone system that does the job
What do you like best? Once you set it up, it just works...I don't need to keep checking on it What do you dislike? The setup can be cumbersome...some of the terminology of what is a user vs a line vs hardware and what charge is for what can be confusing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Provide a full office phone solution at reasonable cost. Jive has provided that - some using soft phones, some using hardware

Excellent support and saving money for our district.
What do you like best? Virtual fax possibly. Conference calling possibly. Virtual video meeting possibly. All included, Priceless! What do you dislike? That e-rate doesn't allow us to save, but much more applications than using LAN lines and still cheaper! Recommendations to others considering the product: Consider the cost for LAN lines and how old your PBX or phones are. Then see what you get by going to Jive.
