What do you like best? Easy to Program, Easy to Use and Customer Service is Great! A Lot of great features. They don't nickle and dime you if you need additional mailboxes or Automated Attendants. What do you like best? Jive is an excellent company to go to for all of your telecommunication needs. The transition from CenturyLink to Jive was seamless and easy. What do you like best? Easy to use, you can see the calls and SMS that were made to the number dialed. What do you dislike? The way we have to switch to the dialer, the keayboard Alt, Shift, 1 is not comfortable. Recommendations to others considering the product: Easy to use What problems are you solving with the product?
