Excellent VOIP telephone service and customer support. Great Value

What do you like best? Their customer support is what I like best. I can always get a hold of someone quickly to help me with any issues. What do you dislike? The pricing could always be lower thought it's already cheaper than our old phone plan. Since the whole service internet base I bet they could lower the price further if they wanted to. Easy Sailing after move to Jive

What do you like best? The admin interface allows you to do anything you need to do to manage your phone system without needing to call support. What do you dislike? Not much to dislike so far in our first 6 months. Only thing I can think of was we had some difficulty with the desktop version of the calling app early on when it was first out of beta, but has improved and has become my daily driver. Great interface, fast support.

What do you like best? I really like how well laid-out the web interface is for the admin... it's quite easy to navigate and immensely better than some top competitors that I've tried. I can hardly stand using other interfaces. What do you dislike? Software can be just a touch buggy at times, however it is fairly new software, so I'll allow some grace for that since they're still doing updates. What do you like best? I specifically like Jive's customer service. What do you dislike? I spent way too long trying to figure out how and where to download the windows app for Jive. Please make this more accessible. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I like the fact that I can set the schedule for each of our locations.

Love the ability setup the system exactly how I want it. Extremely flexible and effective.

What do you like best? From a small business perspective, Jive is the best out there. Makes our small company feel BIG! What do you dislike? The windows app does not always stay active and needs to be refreshed periodically What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The Phone Solution for any size

What do you like best? We had crackling and dropped calls with another VOIP provider. That all went away with Jive. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like that I can take the office phone anywhere with me through my cell phone and forward calls internally and externally. What do you dislike? Jive offers a ton of features but the back end can get a little confusing. Adding a new user gets really tricky when they aren't very tech-savvy.
