Love the ability setup the system exactly how I want it. Extremely flexible and effective.
What do you like best? From a small business perspective, Jive is the best out there. Makes our small company feel BIG! What do you dislike? The windows app does not always stay active and needs to be refreshed periodically What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Replacment of inadequate Analog phone lines and adding more robust feature set

What do you like best? It is so simple a caveman can do it! I can change settings without having to call support. What do you dislike? Awesome VOIP Service
What do you like best? It is easy to use and configure. Great connections. No limits on calling minutes. What do you dislike? I honestly can't think of anything about Jive I don't like! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Compared to my old VOIP provider, I don't have limitations on calling Canada or international.

switching to Jive has been a smooth transition and there was no problem at all.
What do you like best? Our bill is much lower then any other phone company. What do you dislike? The downside is that some time we hear a little static in the lines, but it goes away. Recommendations to others considering the product: Switching over is a smooth and fast transition and the price is much cheaper with Jive. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We get our faxes and voice mails online and it is very convenience.

What do you like best? Services from hive gave me peace of mind to have a complete package of office communication needs. I have my phone over the cloud. What do you like best? I specifically like Jive's customer service. What do you dislike? I spent way too long trying to figure out how and where to download the windows app for Jive. Please make this more accessible. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I like the fact that I can set the schedule for each of our locations.

Great interface, fast support.
What do you like best? I really like how well laid-out the web interface is for the admin... it's quite easy to navigate and immensely better than some top competitors that I've tried. I can hardly stand using other interfaces. What do you dislike? Software can be just a touch buggy at times, however it is fairly new software, so I'll allow some grace for that since they're still doing updates. What do you like best? Their customer support is what I like best. I can always get a hold of someone quickly to help me with any issues. What do you dislike?
