What do you like best? Jitterbit is extremely easy to learn and we moved from Cast Iron to Jitterbit in a few months. Cool, but needs more information for help
What do you like best? Extended functions with updating, inserting, etc. Also, the error messages are helpful. What do you dislike? No help area, cannot figure out how to update certain objects and there is no online resource for help What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Updating, importing.

Data loader review
What do you like best? alternative to sfdc loader,competitor to excel connector and other data loader. What do you dislike? cannot update some hidden objects like self service object,need ability to update all the objects in salesforce that is create features that an API can do so it is useful for technical person. Middle of the line data loading application
What do you like best? I use it for simple data loading into different systems. For which it is very good. You can easily connect ODBC or CRM connectors up and transfer data to and from. You can also automate data loads/downloads. What do you dislike? Much of the time I use it as a replacement for Salesforce Dataloader. Where you just want to do simple data loads and extracts. A Salesforce Must
What do you like best? Great integration tool for Salesforce .. point ot point integration. Seems to work well with all SaaS conections, not just Salesforce. Their free data loader is great. What do you dislike? Not sure how on-premise connections will work as we are still in evaluation stages, but so far, so good. Recommendations to others considering the product: Definitley a player in this space and probably the most affordable .. give them a try,
