What do you like best? Jitterbit 5.0 is very good at transforming data from/to various data sources. Pre-built connectors to Salesforce.com, SAP, and MS CRM are easy to work with. Free Data Loader for Salesforce.com is Amazing!

What do you like best? I love that the interface for the free data loader is so easy to use. Much easier than the standard data loader from salesforce.com and I love that you can see the mapping much more clearly. Also, it is so fast and it stores all your loads which is awesome. What do you like best? Jitterbit is pretty straightforward when it comes to maintenance. The UI makes it simple to change the mapping between source and target fields, investigate and modify functions, and visualize order of events. What do you dislike? Upgrades seem to be more challenging than they should be. Jitterbit has solved most of our connection issues between systems.

What do you like best? Jitterbit works almost instantly to sync our orders. No more waiting! What do you dislike? Right now our systems work communicate one way, i.e. , Magento to AX rather than AX to Magento.
