Flexible Integrations platform with Salesforce
What do you like best? The flexibility in having shortcuts and easy integrations for standard integrations along with the ability to write custom integration code is great for both fast and complex integrations. The Support and classes they have on how to use the software is also quite complete What do you dislike? The interface can use some work in user friendliness. So much better than the SF native Data Loader
What do you like best? It is a better interface, is easy to switch between Sandbox and Prod and I can store my credentials to multiple SF orgs. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Great service and support from all contacts. Excellent training and response time What do you dislike? Price. The package pricing per seat is very expensive. Their licensing model needs enhancement for today's marketplace. The dev client is a bit clunky, with no true revision control. Moving from a dev environment to production is sometimes difficult. Excellent alternative to Salesforce DataLoader
What do you like best? Allows some data migration options with PE edition of Salesforce more options than standard SF dataloader can add schedules for data loads What do you dislike? What do you like best? Multiple Org Connection with data backup and success error files. What do you dislike? All the Mappings can not be exported. hard to bundle. Recommendations to others considering the product: Avoid having multiple users with system admin role. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to use
What do you like best? The way to install and create the job and run. I have tried most of the parallel jobs most frequently. the other part is i can get the complete out and result log. with error logs also which helps me more accurate to analyse the problem easliy. over all it is very helpfull. What do you like best? Jitterbit is easy to implement and learn, providing a ton of value for a small investment. We use this product for one-time uploading as well as on-going integrations. What do you dislike? The cloud app is less robust than the downloadable app. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Integrations and data loading.

What do you like best? Customers instantly sync from our website to our ERP software. What do you dislike? Rarely, an order does not sync to the ERP. Recommendations to others considering the product: Good product and support. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Jitterbit bridges our website to our production software. This benefits us by having a seamless flow of information between the two.

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to navigate and learn. What do you dislike? Learning a new system is always intimidating Recommendations to others considering the product: Remember any new software can be overwhelming to learn, however this is very easy to use and navigate with good support team if needed.
