The flexibility in having shortcuts and easy integrations for standard integrations along with the ability to write custom integration code is great for both fast and complex integrations. What do you like best? Allows some data migration options with PE edition of Salesforce more options than standard SF dataloader can add schedules for data loads What do you dislike? What do you like best? Multiple Org Connection with data backup and success error files. What do you dislike? All the Mappings can not be exported. hard to bundle. Easy to use

What do you like best? The way to install and create the job and run. I have tried most of the parallel jobs most frequently. the other part is i can get the complete out and result log. with error logs also which helps me more accurate to analyse the problem easliy. over all it is very helpfull.
