Jitterbit Harmony integration platform
What do you like best? The user interface of the product along with the number of available features is excellent. The built in scripting language allows you to implement very custom integration logic. On top of that, the number of built in connectors available for the product is a huge plus. What do you dislike? The documentation and instructions for how to implement common integration approaches is pretty awful. Despite several hours of research and watching multiple video ...

Leveraged Jitterbit and their professional services on several clients.
What do you like best? Professional Services Organization was wonderful to work with. Solution also allows Transform logic to be built once and deployed multiple times as either real time or batch integration. What do you dislike? Political challenges unseating an existing ETL Platform even if it doesn't fully meet the business need. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
