What do you like best? Does exactly what we needs it to do. We used a third party agent to set-up, but it has been completely trouble free since we have been using it. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It is easy to create integrations between systems that only require a file exchange. What do you dislike? Sometimes adding the components is not intuitive.
