What do you like best? The support and functionality of jitterbit. The team was incredibly supportive in out discovery phase and continue to partner with us for our ongoing success. What do you like best? The customizations can be made very easily and the customer support is getting better. What do you dislike? The implementation process didn't go very well at the beginning, it took us 6 weeks to finish all customizations by looping in 2 engineers. To test the integration, sandbox accounts of the apps to be connected using Jitterbit are normally needed, which means some extra cost, for example, NetSuite sandbox account is very expensive. What do you like best? Jitterbit has powerful aggregation functions built in to transform and manipulate data from one structure to another. I like that jitterbit supports javascript for data transformation. What do you dislike? Compared to informatica cloud, I find myself needing to write code more often for tasks that should be achievable through configuration. What do you like best? Easily to get data moved from any system or endpoint to another. Drag and drop visual interface What do you dislike? Yearly Subscription cost. It seems to be the model that these software companies are going. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Moving data between different systsms via: IBM i (AS400 DB2) to XML and CSV. Excel to DB2, SQL to DB2 DB2 to DB2. Also, Solving customer requests for data.

What do you like best? We have situations where the error/success files need to be mapped differently for a second or a third pass. This has been easily and seamlessly handled through the operations setup.The scripting feature is pretty powerful using the built in functions.There is a need for training for doing things beyond the basics and Jitterbit team provides free classes. What do you like best? Jitterbit Harmony and the Jitterbit the company are both great. The product allows us to execute quickly on integrations (much faster than other similar tools). Secondly, the support staff are friendly and excellent. They are knowledgably and able to find resolutions very quickly. What do you dislike?
