What do you like best? It was pretty easy to setup and integration Jitterbit into our Salesforce implementation. And once setup, it has been very easy to maintain. What do you like best? Allowed our team to quickly setup and configure our NetSuite integrations with their intuitive UI and excellent support team with a very tight project schedule. Our designated Customer Success Manager, technical support experts and the standard support group always made sure that we were truly successful with whatever we were trying to accomplish. What do you like best? Jitterbit can be easy to use. They are working on making even easier with their cloud based tools. What do you dislike? There are not many down sides to using Jitterbit. Having our current setup on prim instead of the cloud can be a bit cumbersome. What do you like best? technical support is very knowledgeable and efficient. We were having trouble with specific data sources, and they could've easily said that our connectivity is our internal issue, but they persevered and figured it out.
