What do you like best? Task Boards, Bitbucket Integration, Bug Tracking What do you dislike? Complex Setup and Expensive License Fees and requires a recurring payment plan. What do you like best? I use JIRA on a daily basis to track activity/requests. It is really a helpful tool. The different phases (New, start, stall, complete) clearly outlines the progress of the ticket/request. It has multiple fields to cover all the information to a task/issue.
