The best tool for project management by far
What do you like best? Jira has a lot of powerful tools and functionalities to bring your team to the next level and to have everything under control. It also has a very good connection or communication with other project management or team tools such as Slack, Jira Service Desk, Confluence... It is a perfect tool to manage the backlog, create user stories and tasks for the team, and keep them all informed of the process of the project. It would be very good, I would even say ...

Quite valuable method for resolving problems with help staff
What do you like best? Jira is the perfect Agile Methodology device. It's really simple to build a ticket in Jira and you can also add a summary there. This also gives the possibility of inserting feedback. You can publish various file types such as png, videos, to add further info to the ticket / spiders. It also has good ruck board and provides details such as current tasks / bugs development, plot details. You may also assign different activities, and scan appropriately. Integration ...

Super organized!
What do you like best? I am a project manager and this is one of the best tools out there! This is such a big improvement over google sheets or MS Project. You can have multiple people on the same ticket, it's great for tracking hours, and time. What do you dislike? Sometimes the search doesn't always work and when you use it, it won't find files for you. It takes me multiple tries using different key words to get what I want. So the search can be improved. Recommendations to ...

Bug tracking made (mostly) simple
What do you like best? Jira allows everyone to collaborate together to follow the issue from start to finish. All the necessary parties can participate, which is important. What do you dislike? The output can be somewhat bulky at times and doesn't always allow for the necessary addition of screenshots or context. This requires us to host screenshots on a separate Google space with links, which creates unnecessary added difficulties at times. Recommendations to others ...

Jira is one of the crucial project management software tools available for your organization
What do you like best? At my daily job I pay close attention to the tools that would help me execute my work effectively and Jira fits perfectly in that role. What I really do ike best in this software is how easily you can manage your projects, even without extensive training, and how you can track the progress of your team. What do you dislike? What might be a little frustrating is that sometimes it tend to work slower which is more noticable within time spent using it. ...

Useful tool
What do you like best? The ability to submit and track requests and exchange necessary files right there. It's very helpful for communicating with colleagues in other offices. It's great to be able to set things like the urgency of a particular request. What do you dislike? The search screens definitely don't always feel intuitive. I only use Jira a few times a week on average, so I'm certainly not a "power user" - but even with a low volume of Jira emails coming in, if there ...

Jira for IT
What do you like best? easy to use, UX is clear and simple. they have many good plug-ins. What do you dislike? it doesn't show the project Gantt in a good way and doesn't support Gantt planning. it's too focused on the sprints. Maybe perfect for agile development, but tricky for IT. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you use it for pure agile development - it's great. it integrates with other Attlassian tools, and help-desk/support tools. for ...

What do you dislike? Zero downsides to the Jira Project Management Software up to this point. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Every participant of the project who might log on to a JIRA system will display certain ...
