What do you like best? I like the outlook integration mostly because sometimes you might miss which PBI is done or wait for testing or which PBI has a bug in the sprint. jira made solving issues easy

What do you like best? This ticketing tool has a lots of features which are helpful in tracing bugs,issues etc and assign them correspondingly which makes the work speak. What do you dislike? Interface sometimes hangs out and network issues. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ticketing issues that come on daily basis. Issues that are resolved and assigned and tracking is made easier about what actually needs to be done.

What do you like best? we are using this tool for tracking project stories in every sprint. Easy to post and track bugs related to the projects. Good tool for Project management and Programmes.

What do you like best? Jira provides very good UI for Project management and issue tracking. The customisation is very user friendly and the various report dashboards are very useful information as regular routine. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like that Jira has multiple boards where we can track all our different departments and the ongoing projects. You can assign yourself or others to the projects and each project shows how many days have passed when the last update has been.
