PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Lots of people are familiar with it so training people up is a breeze What aspects are problematic or could work better? You can add due dates, reminders, descriptions, assign it to someone in specific, comment and tag others. What do you dislike? I wish there were more options for dashboards that could allow you to organize all your tasks and report on all your ...

JIRA is browser-friendly.

What do you like best? JIRA is browser-friendly and nice sufficient even to value. Third-party application deployment might be faster, but service turnaround times will become even higher.
