"Easy and Quick"
What do you like best about Jira? I enjoy how easy and quik it is to use Jira. My team has set it up with great options for us to choose from when submitting a help desk ticket. I enjoy how JIRA has areas where you can provided extra details about the issue and even upload a photo. I also appreciate how there's an area to tag others on the ticket. For example, I can tag my boss so that she can also keep track of the issue.

"Effective communication and documentation for technical problems and projects"
What do you like best about Jira? I love how customizable the ticket submission forms are. They work for many situations and teams by streamlining the ticket creation process. The submission forms help anyone know the exact information needed for a tech, engineer, and anyone else to do their work.
