What do you like best about Jira? I have been using JIRA for more than three years. It is the best platform for your bug tracking and very easy to learn. I, as a QA, love to work on JIRA, its easy search feature, its easy bug logging console and more than that it's UI is awsome.

"Excellent tool for Ticket management"
What do you like best about Jira? The best feature of JIRA is its UI interface. Right from the Dashboard Summary to the different JIRA boards are all fantastic. Also, the accessible options and customized dropdowns while raising a ticket make it very easy to use. The feature to link the tickets to the related stories or test cases provides an efficient way of tracking.
