What do you like best about Jira? I used JIRA in Loblaws for assigning tasks to teammates as well as for tracking the task completion status. I used Trello, Redmine for project management, but I wouldn't say I liked the user interface of that software. But when I had to work in JIRA at Loblaws, I enjoyed working because I liked the dashboard's user interface. What do you like best about Jira? I have been using Jira for more than two years, and it is one of the tools which doesn't require any specialized training for someone to learn and use it. Easy navigation and simple UI makes it the best software to keep track of any project along with timelines
