What do you like best about Jira? This is a great tool to send messages to our Back Office Support Team that helps us better our Casino platform... What i like about it is that i am able to attach screenshots of issues i'm having with our platform etc and Tickets are opened and attended to by our Support Team which is time-stamped and dated and is easy to follow up with my Support
