What do you like best about Jira? I am using Jira as a planning and tracking module in our startup to achieve agility. We are actually using Scrum methodology and I love how jira allow me to have a clear overview about everything in the actual sprint, the past ones, and the team memebrs performance.

What do you like best about Jira? It's great for Query management, as well as it's highly customizable. Its slash command is brilliant, you can assign the tickets/queries easily to anyone in the network. It helps to create a wide network of employees dealing with different queries at the same time.

What do you like best about Jira? I like the simple UI and ability to link tickets through epics and blocked statuses. Its customization abilities have enabled us to easily switch from Kanban to Scrum, then back to Kanban several years later.
