What do you like best about Jira? Jira enable us to manage more than 5 projects at the same time. We run agile sprints with the help of JIRA features like Backlog, User stories, Reports and Kanban. We also track the ticket flow for each team members. The tickets created in JIRA are very comprehensive.

"Solution of all my unorganised task at one place"
What do you like best about Jira? Whenever my manager / any fellow developer used to assign some work to me, I used to write it in some docs file/excel sheet, handling text files for managing such tasks is a burden in itself, so I started to use Jira for managing all my tasks. It has an excellent UI, where we can change the progress of tasks and track things effortlessly.

What do you like best about Jira? integration with Zendesk - ease of ticket creation through Zen (although not as robust as straight through Jira) - nice sorting features and ways to find "my" tickets

What do you like best about Jira? We can raise and track bugs easily. Its more helpful for testing purposes. We also get tickets from the end users in Jira which we fix and update the report there.
