The best bug tracking and project management software

What do you like best? Very user friendly interface. Allows you to add emojis. What do you dislike? Jira is not free. A ticket can be monitored by everyone even of you are not part of the project. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It helps us to fix the bugs of our project. Also helps to create new tasks for the project.

What do you like best? We use Jira as a ticketing system and I really like the ease of use of the tool. Some things that stand out are the reporting functions, which allow us to track lots of different checkpoints that we have set u[ in the system.
