makes tracking tickets/ projects easy

What do you like best? i really appreciate that you can clone tickets that already exist and use them as templates for later use. it shows you where the ticket was cloned from and you can also link tickets to other tickets/sub-tasks so that you have everything you need in one place. you can also update deadlines, job numbers, and assign the tickets to people who will have visibility if changes are made. What do you dislike? i dislike that date numbers are crossed out and the new ...

Best Issue Tracking Tool

What do you like best? I love how you can track, plan and manage issues/stories in JIRA. Issue or Issuer tracking tool helps assign, manage, lead, track and address the issues and stories in an agile fashion as well if needed. Atlassian has taken it to another level with the built in templates and customization as needed. What do you dislike? I dislike the JIRA feature where it needs heavy load customizing if you are using it for Non Tech purposes. What problems are you solving ...

Keeps our project organized

What do you like best? Jira helps us capture and organize issues, assign work and track team activity regardless of the agile software development model we're using: Scrum, Kanban, etc. It's also great that Github can be easily integrated so we know the current status of the ticket in our Github repo. Another really great benefit is that we can also identify priority items easily and even add an expedited category to our active board. What do you dislike? It is a very feature-heavy ...

Best project and Bug tracker

What do you like best? Ease of adding plug in's and level of capability to make modifications. mentioning stakeholders is quite very useful as it keeps a track of changes and notification is sent directly to the required user. Change Management is again a very good feature. What do you dislike? Too much configurability leads to process overhead at times. EPIC cannot be mapped to ant product. Instead gets attached to software project. Cannot add user-specific mods and plug ins ...

Organize Your Org with Jira

What do you like best? Jira is so easy to use and intuitive that there is virtually very little learning curve to begin using it immediately. Whether you need a ticketing system, a way to manage your user stories and projects, need to keep a backlog of new feature requests, or just need to manage a team all in one convenient place, Jira is the answer to getting it all done. What do you dislike? Jira is such a useful and comprehensive app that there's little I can say that I dislike. ...

A very useful tool to organize the work

What do you like best? The possibility to add comment to the tasks What do you dislike? The difficulty to reach every Feature from the single Schedule What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? With Jira I don't need to write an email to my collegues, but I know everyday how to organize my job and what to do. And the most important thing I can see the priority of my tasks thanks to the points we can assign to the schedule.

Easy to use for software projects

What do you like best? Jira Project tasks tracking software. Easy to keep track for weekly progress of software firms. What do you dislike? Sometimes, it seems the backlog issues page is little bit messy. In case of large no. of backlogs the design can be more user flexible. Recommendations to others considering the product: Firstly organisations should use it in free. If it fulfil requirements than they can buy the services. What problems are you solving with ...

Project planning at its very best!

What do you like best? The Board provides all the stakeholders of the project to get a overview about the current sprint. The backlog keeps a track of the number of tickets that need to be accomplished without making it too complex. What do you dislike? When there are a large number of tickets to handle in the backlog the system is pretty slow to operate. The drag and drop functionality is also pretty slow on such cases when the system experiences load. Recommendations to ...
