What do you like best about Jira? You can track complete project with Jira, it's no more only for bugs in any project. It offers you confluence to write requirement, connections with other apps like Slack etc to get the notfication of every activity that is for the ticket where you are/were added. it gives customization option for the dev/qa/pm flows.
