What do you like best about Jiminny? I love the fact that I don't need to take notes and invest all myself into listening to what the customer is saying. What do you dislike about Jiminny? It sometimes fails to join the call and we don't get the precious information recorded. What problems is Jiminny solving and how is that benefiting you? - Not needing to take the notes - Call coaching: it helps us to improve our conversation skills
