"Great customer success and fantastic tool for training"

What do you like best about Jiminny? Customer Success - incredibly attentive customer success/account management. All issues that I have raised, whether a technical issue or user issue, are responded to incredibly quickly via their in-app interface. User issues are resolved quickly with re-education of the platform which is comforting.
