"Increased my ability to coach 10 fold"

What do you like best about Jiminny? The most helpful thing about Jiminny is that it allows my reps to seek feedback about their calls without any human interaction. The insights that the Jiminny platform provides to my reps means they get value and support even when I haven't coached that particular call. "Great Product and Team"

What do you like best about Jiminny? great product, works like it should. My Sales team loves it as well. Best part is the support, they have amazing people who helped us get set up and made it so easy. Highly recommended alternative to much higher priced products out there. What do you dislike about Jiminny? Only integrates with Zoom. not a bad thing if you use Zoom already, and they will help you switch over if needed. We have joined Jiminny about a year ago now, and it keeps on over-delivering, I cannot remember another solution that didn't make me experience a downtime of some sort for which I had to call Customer service. And to top it all, their support is just so on it, is incredible.
