"Great tool and even better support"

What do you like best about Jiminny? The product itself is fantastic for coaching, even more so with a remote team. The playlists are a great feature, and the stats breakdown on calls helps identify areas of success and things to improve. Product aside, the Customer Success team is fantastic. "Product Support"

What do you like best about Jiminny? Works well and my team adoption is high Used Support today and impressed with response and resolution time. What do you dislike about Jiminny? Some comedy translation issues but same with all software What problems is Jiminny solving and how is that benefiting you? Useful for recording calls and then coaching the team.
