"Game changing for internal training"

What do you like best about Jiminny? The transcripts and shared dashboard among teams- and the playlists we can create to help new starters get up to speed! What do you dislike about Jiminny? Love the platform- the sidekick could do with more functionality. What problems is Jiminny solving and how is that benefiting you? Better understanding our call statistics- patience, talk ratio etc. Not something we've been able to review before!

"Fantastic sales tool!"

What do you like best about Jiminny? How quick and efficient the app is. The feedback tool on calls (brerakdown of call etc,) What do you dislike about Jiminny? NA can't really think of anything! Sometimes it doesn't work but it is fixed very fast. What problems is Jiminny solving and how is that benefiting you? Fast calls to reach prospects, and the solution works well for outbound calls as well as inbound calls. very useful for tracking

"Great tool for SDRs"

What do you like best about Jiminny? Tracking my statistics and looking at feedback from my manager. Very easy to use. What do you dislike about Jiminny? Can sometimes be a bit confusing integrating into the CRM, not a big issue though. What problems is Jiminny solving and how is that benefiting you? I can listen back to my calls for coaching. I can improve using the statistics the app gives me.

"Great tool for learning and collaboration"

What do you like best about Jiminny? It is a great way to learn - being able to run through calls at 1.75 speed, skip ahead in conversation, use transcript all make it an efficient way to absorb best practice What do you dislike about Jiminny? "Say goodbye to pen and paper"

What do you like best about Jiminny? The call recording and automatic note-taking is spot on. I now don't need to scrabble around taking notes that are all over the place. Thanks to Jiminny my notes are now all in order. What do you dislike about Jiminny? The system doesn't recognise the way I say "Linnworks" - but maybe that's more of a me problem!
