"Easy to use and valuable - I check it weekly as SDR Manager"

What do you like best about Jiminny? Able to see how many Meaningful Calls our reps have a week. Also use it to coach reps! What do you dislike about Jiminny? The signal is sometimes choppy, which apparently is down to a WIFI issue! What problems is Jiminny solving and how is that benefiting you? Upskilling reps - were able to coach reps and review calls and share this knowledge with the wider team as well

And allows me to review my progress over time :) What do you dislike about Jiminny? Sometimes its a bit slow (not very often) What problems is Jiminny solving and how is that benefiting you? Call coaching

What do you like best about Jiminny? The self coaching piece is great. Fantastic for listening back and reviewing calls. What do you dislike about Jiminny? Transcript can sometimes be off. Jimminy dialer/sidekick has had problems a few times which has stopped the team from making calls. What problems is Jiminny solving and how is that benefiting you? Reviewing calls to prepare/align meetings. Making dials.

"Hugely beneficial for our team"

What do you like best about Jiminny? The fact it allows me to share difficult conversations with the team so that they can hear it for themselves rather than through my notes. What do you dislike about Jiminny? That the rest of the teams in the wider business dont use it! What problems is Jiminny solving and how is that benefiting you? Time spent on writing up notes & sharing the issues my clients are facing with the right people
