At the moment there is nothing that I dislike about using the platform. What problems is Jiminny solving and how is that benefiting you? "A great AI tool for sales and user research"

What do you like best about Jiminny? User research has never been an easier task than with Jiminny. I use Jiminny to parse through long format interviews to take out key information to reference in the research for evidence collection. It is a powerful tool that saves hours of review. What do you like best about Jiminny? To have real-time interaction with our manager when analyzing our calls. To have precise data on the quality of our calls (solid points / weak points) What do you dislike about Jiminny? The transcription of calls into writing which is not accurate in the French language What problems is Jiminny solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Jiminny? Running call reviews and coaching sessions with the Customer Success team. Using best-in-class statistics to aid the coaching sessions further. What do you dislike about Jiminny? Very little. We had one minor issue when integrating with Zoom for someone in the team, but it was resolved swiftly by the support team. What problems is Jiminny solving and how is that benefiting you? Ramping new CSMs, SDRs, AEs effectively
