For some reason, my website stopped recognizing my password and, to compound matters, would not let me re-set the password. While our website was able to be seen and navigated by potential customers, I could not access it for editing and updates. Benjamin and Albert worked to troubleshoot the problem. Ich nutze Jimdo nun seit Jahren als pro User. Ich bin von der Einfachheit und den Möglichkeiten des Editors begeistert. In den letzten Jahren habe ich Jimdo vielen Kollegen empfohlen, von denen einige auch wiederum pro User geworden sind. Nun musste ich einmal den Service in Anspruch nehmen und bin schwer enttäuscht. Absolut unseriös.
Absolut unseriös.Nach fast 3 Jahren bekommt man plötzlich eine Rechnung eines Inkassounternehmens!Natürlich kurz vor dem Ablaut der Verjährungsfrist von 3 Jahren, weil sie genau wissen, dass man keinen Zugriff mehr auf die Mails von damals hat!Finger auf jeden Fall weg von Jimdo, es ist ein unfassbarer, lächerlicher Verein.Wird wahrscheinlich nicht mehr genutzt und versucht so jetzt ehemaligen Kunden das Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen!

Vorsicht! Ich bekam keine Rechnung, keine Zahlungserinnerung oder Mahnung. Statt dessen kommt direkt Pair Finance mit dem Inkasso.Schlechtes Geschäftsgebahren, sollte nicht Modellcharakter bekommen.
