Schneller und kulanter Support
Ich hatte mein Ticket beim Support eher gegen Abend eingereicht und mich eher auf zwei bis drei Tage Wartezeit eingestellt. Umso überraschter war ich, als mein Problem nicht nur noch am selben Tag, sondern auch noch sehr kulant gelöst wurde. Super Service, weiter so! Eva

Promter Service auch für jimdofree user
Hatte als jimdofree nutzer eigentlich nicht damit gerechnet, dass ich Unterstützung bekomme. Ich wurde positiv überrascht. Der Support kam prompt und passgenau. Danke. Insgesammt gefällt mir die Anwendung super gut. War exterm schnell drin und konnte alles bauen was ich gebraucht hab.

Excelente servicio a cliente (soporte)
La verdad muy contento con el soporte que se me dio, por la diferencia horaria había una respuesta con un estimado de 12 horas pero nunca me molestó eso ya que siempre se me atendió bien y las soluciones que se me dieron fueron muy buenas. Sigo recomendando Jimdo a mis amigos.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Jimdo is fast and reliable in terms of good quality output.
