Jimdo got “caught” in the middle of an issue between me and a third party.
The issue was between me and the person whose credit card I used to pay for the website at Jimdo. I did not wish to continue interacting with that person and therefore did not wish to continue using the website. Jimdo answered promptly and at the request cancelled the subscription. Jimdo is always a great experience!!!

The experience with Customer Support is…
The experience with Customer Support is great. The Jimdo site has a great support in all his available languages. I have support on Spanish and all was very clear and helpful from the Jimdo Team Support. They understood all my needs, have knowledge about their site, the problems I have and how to solve them, and also gave me useful links about how to solve all my problems. If you need an easy-to-manage website with great support, I totally recommend Jimdo.

Great service, easy to work
