Cancelling a JIMDO PRO account...impossible, dont waste your time!!!
I have been with this provider since 2016 and it was mediocre at best. Ive had a WIX business website and its a total breeze...double the price but its worth it! Seriously! I have a small business website with JIMDO Pro account and I am wanting to move it to Squarespace as Ive found Jimdo boring, no new layouts and just annoying. Transferring is near impossible right now, I got misinformation from their 'Support' guy Albert and ended up paying for 1 whole year, after reading up that if you ...

So freue ich mich, dass der Jimdosupport so kulant ist, die Rechnung zu stornieren. Entsprechend den Geschäftsbedingungen wäre eine Kündigung einen Monat vor Vertragsablauf. einen Stern muss ich ja geben minus Sterne gehen nicht ich find jimdo kompliziert und unübersichtlich aber da könnte man ja noch mit leben aber letztlich ist der support nicht vorhanden und das ganze System nur auf abzocke aufgebaut, wichtige Infos nur in englisch hinterlegt und wenn man sie mit dem sogenannten Rechs sicheren Generator überarbeiten und in deutsch umwandeln will kommt als erstes ein upgrade angebot sonst nicht möglich, hab ich sofort wieder gekündigt abzocken lassen kann ich ...
