I am completely dissatisfied with Jimdo.My website has been down since Sunday (almost 48 hours), and Jimdo does not give me a solution. No one is even replying my emails!! I do not understand how you can provide this service, my clients are going to think that I do not offer a serious service. I have bought Jimdo and you promise an answer within 4 hours. Completely unreliable!!!!
