Seit 2016 bin ich nun bei Jimdo, bisher ohne große technische Vorkommnisse und das Team ist immer hilfsbereit und freundlich, egal ob Dirk, Thomas oder wer auch immer, alle geben sich Mühe den Kunden zufrieden zu stellen.Die Homepage läuft... was nicht selbstverständlich ist, zuvor war ich bei einem anderen großen Anbieter und dort war immer was. Im Gegensatz zu den Hamburgern Jimdo: hier funktioniert die Technik.Allein das ich als Fotograf seit fast 7 Jahren dort bin sagt einiges aus, auch ...

Meine Anfrage um meine aktuelle Domain zu löschen und dafür eine andere Domain zu sichern, wurde sehr schnell und präzise (mit einer Anleitung) behandelt und bearbeitet. Das nenne ich Service auf höchstem Niveau!So eine Servicementalität wünsche ich mir bei vielen Online Unternehmen in Deutschland, was leider immer noch nicht der Fall ist.
