Jimdo has been good for 5 years then…
Jimdo has been good for 5 years then hiked their annual subsciption for our website 50%. The support staff wer blunt and superior. Dissapointed.

Ich bin wirklich traurig über den…
Ich bin wirklich traurig über den Kundenservice. Ich habe am 30.10 eine Rechnung von Jimdo bekommen und am 01.11 meldet sich schon das Inkaso Unternehmen. Das nenn ich frech. Ich habe Jimdo viele Jahre als sehr entgegenkommend und wirklich nett empfunden. Deswegen bin ich umso erschütteter!

Vollkommen unfähiger Support
Kundendienst bzw Support ist leider vollkommen unfähig.Webseite wurde gesperrt, auf Anfrage weshalb, kam nur die Antwort:"kontaktieren Sie uns nur über die bei uns hinterlegte E-Mail-Adresse. Auf jegliche Mail von einer falschen Adresse werden wir nicht antworten und keine Auskünfte geben."Dumm nur, dass eben diese Mail-Adresse zusammen mit der Webseite gesperrt wurde und somit nicht nutzbar ist. Dieses Problem wollte der Support aber bei besten Willen auch auf explizite Erklärung hin nicht ...
