lieber Thomas, NIX DA! Ohne Service-Telefonnummer dauert etwas ganz einfaches, wie ein Domain-Transfer nun schon 2 Monate und meine Domain ist noch immer tot! Hätte Jimdo nen gescheiten Telefon-Service wie sogut wie jede Firma in DE wäre das Problem schon längst gelöst. Lange zufrieden
Seit mehreren Jahren bin ich bereits bei Jimdo. Normalerweise hat immer alles gepasst und falls was nicht ok war, war auch immer gleich jemand zur Stelle und hat geholfen wo es ging.Auch bei meinen Spezialwünschen konnten die Leute von Jimdo helfen.

Der schnelle Weg zur Website | Support mit Potential
Spannender Dienst für Leute die sich nicht mit Programmierung auskennen. Haben schon einige wirklich schicke Websites gesehen, die mit Jimdo gemacht sind.Servicegedanke hinter dem Support ist etwas auf Distanz ausgelegt, wenn man konkrete Fragen hat erhält man auch konkrete Antworten. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass man optional schnellere Reaktionszeiten dazubuchen kann.

Eigentlich war ich bisher zufrieden. Ich habe einen Business- Account, der nicht ganz billig ist; dafür aber unbegrenzt Speicherplatz. Vor kurzem musste ich auf meinem Rechner auf den Windows Acount wechseln (ich arbeite sonst mit Ubuntu und konnte mich dort trotz gespeichertem Passwort nicht anmelden. Vomm Support kam lediglich eine Copy&Paste Antwort und der Hinweis auf die Hilfeseiten, obwohl ich geschrieben hatte, dass ich dort schon nachgeschaut und mehrmals die Schritte richtig mit ...
