One of the worst customer service EVER
I am dealing with Italian customer service and this is one of the worst experience EVER. I created a website with them with JimdoStart, I bought the package and the domain (that was coming together with the package. Then I bought the email from another provider and this provider asked me to update the DNS to verify my identity.So I contacted Jimdo for the first time sending ALL THE INFORMATION about the website, domain, email, what I need, the DNS parameters that need to be updated. katastrophaler Service!!!zuerst funktioniert von heute auf morgen der Login zu Email, Website und Webshop nicht mehr, und dann gibt es keine Möglichkeit mehr mit jimdo in Kontakt zu treten. Der einzige Weg für einen Serviekontakt ist über das Kundenkonto, aber ohne Login kommt man da gar nicht hin.keine Hotline, keine Service - Mail, nichts...

Der E-Mailaccount funktioniert von einem Tag auf den anderen gar nicht mehr. Das schlimmste daran ist jedoch, dass es kein Service Team bei Jimdo gibt. Ich würde jedem abraten bei Jimdo eine Webseite zu erstellen! Meine Seite ist nicht mehr mobilfähig und der Support hilft mir nicht weiter. Angeblich habe ich im Header Änderungen vorgenommen. Nachdem ich alle Änderungen gelöscht habe, ist die Seite weiterhin nicht mehr mobilfähig. Nun soll ich zusätzliche kostenpflichtige Jimdo-Experten beauftragen, um das Problem zu lösen. Was ist das bitte für ein Kunden-Service??

Good and not expensive
What do you like best? The use of the service is quite easy. We often use the drap and drop function to fill our site. Good opportunities for optimal money, even the PRO version (which is not the most expensive completely suits me. Also good adaptation for mobile devices. What do you dislike? Better working start for all working team.
What do you like best? With this software, I have more open resources to use. Very simple to work on drag and drop our photos to our site. I like that all of the processing load fast and with the higher quality. The better and faster I can choose my own images, colors, types, backgrounds, and much more. Jimdo Website einfach gesperrt
Jimdo Website wurde einfach ohne Verwarnung gesperrt.Es liegt monatelange harte Arbeit an meiner Website, die nun jetzt gesperrt ist. Bei Jimdo kann man niemanden erreichen. Das ist eine Schweinerei und ein NO GO. Das sollte in die Öffentlichkeit. Sowas verdient keine Kunden mehr. Geschäftsschädigend!!!!
